                              RESOLUTION NO. 21710
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
                 INNER CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, RELATIVE TO
                 CONDUCTING A DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE AND CONSUMER
                 PURCHASING STUDY, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                 TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of General 
Services
       be and is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract with Inner
       City Development Corporation, relative to conducting a 
Demographic
       Profile and Consumer Purchasing Study, for an amount not to 
exceed
       $10,000.00.
